Dr. Feelgood

Yesterday I went to the Dr.'s office because it hurt under my jaw (in the area of your thyroid) when I swallowed. She told me I had a clogged saliva gland. YUCK!!! Anyway, there could be a stone that has to be surgically removed or just stuff in there so she prescribed sucking on sour candy like lemonheads! Can you believe it! She prescribed CANDY! I can't tell you what dream come true that was. I mean even as kids when we played Dr. we prescribed pez and such to each other, but now I was really actually being prescribed candy and not nasty amoxicillin that is disguised to taste like nasty bubblegum. It was a dream come true until my mouth became sore and raw from all the sour candy! I am hoping this is over with VERY soon. I am feeling much better then yesterday. Say a prayer everything takes care of itself so I don't have to have surgery to remove anything as that would SUCK sour candy.
